We know you can hit the gym 7 days a week and still not measure up to the ideal woman you want to see reflected in the mirror.  In fact, this is the biggest fitness faux pas I've seen as a certified trainer.

This is an attainable goal for some body types but will never work for the mass majority. Your physical form is affected by your sleep patterns, how you store trauma, your stress cycles, your relationship with food, your relationship with toxic people, harmful products you use on your body, your emotional boundaries, etc.

If you are just getting started you are not alone! The Form and Safety Guide is broken up into 10 videos covering the basics of fitness and how to stay connected to your breath while moving.

We often think of exercise as a time to check out. I challenge you to break this habit. Fitness is a time to allow your mind, body, and spirit to unite and work together. The more awareness you create within your body the more equipped you will be to listen to your body, trust your intuition, and make good decisions for your overall well being.

"My AT HOME GYM" is our basic fitness package which includes all the classes you might enjoy at your local gym. Our workouts are 20 min, 30 min, & 45 min. You can create this studio with the basic fitness equipment listed below.

Yoga mat, lightweights, medium weights, heavyweights, resistance strap, circle bands, & a barre ball. If you don't have everything listed, don't worry. We offer alternatives and ways to modify.
